Ingredients

• 4 Medium Potatoes, peeled and diced

• 4 tbsp. Olive Oil, divided

• Salt and black pepper, to taste

• 1 lb. Sirloin Steak, sliced into thin strips

• 1 large Onion, sliced

• 2 cloves Garlic, minced

• 2 tbsp. Dr. E’s Spicy Chili Crisp

• 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

• 2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

• 2 tbsp. Honey

• Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

1. In a large saucepan, bring the diced potatoes to a boil in salted water. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Season the steak strips with salt and black pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until browned on both sides. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

3. Add the remaining 2 tbsp. of olive oil to the skillet and add the sliced onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

4. Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir to combine with the onion mixture. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the chili crisp, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and honey.

6. Add the steak strips back to the skillet and pour the sauce over the top. Toss to combine.

7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through.

8. Serve hot, topped with fresh parsley if desired.
