Hello and welcome The Saucy Scientist. We're glad you're here! 

Chili Crisp is a unique and flavor-packed addition to any meal, but it can also be uncontrollably spicy. To bring the deliciousness of Chili Crisp to my family and close friends that wanted all the flavor and just a little burn, I set out on a culinary adventure and made what would become Dr. E's Chili Crisp. 

Over several years, I refined the recipe to make it as delicious as possible, and avoid as many allergens and dietary restrictions as I could, so that just about everyone could enjoy it -- on just about everything! 

As a manager at a rocket company, I shared my crisp with friends, employees, and anyone else that would join the Friday cookouts I hosted for my team. They encouraged me to do more... so I decided to bring it to you.

I have loved space all my life. I have also loved food all my life. This brand is a culmination of both of those passions. I've made several different sauces and other products, and we hope to be able to expand our offerings in the future.
